The extra milk makes these pancakes run a lot more, giving them really thin edges. When fried in oil, they become super crispy and very delicious.
These pancakes are fluffy and easily stackable. I like to eat them while they're cooking, instead of serving them all at once.
Traditional dry pasta is made with only flour and water. Making fresh pasta only takes about an hour, and eggs add so much depth that you'd be happy to just eat it by itself.
